Tapers - 18 inch Taper Candles (Set of 12)

Elegant taper candles add sophistication to any party. We make our unscented tapers in a wide variety of vivid colors, sure to coordinate with your dining room, living room, or kitchen. For visual intrigue and a design magazine look, try burning four or five same-colored tapers in a cluster of mismatched candlesticks. Shown above with our 5 glass taper candle holder , sold separately.

These candles are considered drip resistant under ideal conditions, but as with any candle, they may drip if NOT placed in the ideal conditions.

Ideal Conditions for Burning Candles:

What normally causes a candle to drip is:

1. Draft (even the slightest draft with cause a candles to drip)

2. Burning candles close together (if too close, the flame from one candle will melt away another candles side and cause it to drip)

3. Candles leaning in an angle

NB! Disclaimer: It is normal for Taper Candles of any size to be described as being the length of a 1/2" more that the wax part of the candle measures (because the wick and flame will make it as high). And for handmade tapers there is always a slight variation in size.
