Returns and Refunds
How do I return an order?
All returns require obtaining a Return Approval. Please contact Customer Service via our “Contact us “ page or using the communication section attached to your order in your Account if you have any concern with an order. A return approval will only be granted when all requirements are met. If approved, we will issue you an approval and instructions and you can send the products back to us. DO NOT SEND GOODS BACK TO US WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL!
When can I expect my credit?
If you are to be granted a credit to your account with us, we will process your credit as soon your returned package is received. Generally, you may expect your credit within 7-14 days. If you are issued with a credit you will be able to use it as soon as the returned goods have been received by us, with prior approval, in presale condition, within the agreed timeframe.
Conditions for your Credit
A. Damaged product or wrong product

Check your items immediately upon receipt.
Damage in Transit - If any of the items you purchased were damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return shipping or replacement of a damaged item, but damage claims must be made within 2 calendar days or a return authorization will not be issued.
Defects - Our manufacturers have very high quality control standards and will not ship any items that do not meet their standards of excellence. If, however, you feel that your item is not in excellent condition, please contact us immediately.
Usually a return bag/label is sent to you in the post with instructions how to return your items.
2. Contact us first
If you wish to return a product for a refund, credit or exchange for any reason, please contact us first. We cannot be responsible for any returns sent back to us without a return authorization.
If the return is for any reason other than shipping damage, defect or receipt of a wrong item, the buyer will be responsible for all original and return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20% plus an admin fee of $20 will be charged.
B. You have changed your mind or you do not like the product.
If you have just changed you mind, it is unlikely a return will be issued due to the costs of shipping and processing. Many orders are sent direct to you from the wholesaler or manufacturer to save you shipping costs, most of whom do not accept returns. If you wish to return a product for a credit or exchange for any reason, please contact us first. We cannot be responsible for any returns sent back to us without a return authorization. If the return is for any reason other than shipping damage, defect or receipt of a wrong item, there are significant costs to you.
Request to return unwanted items must be made within 2 days of receipt of the item or the request will be denied.
The buyer will be responsible for all original and return shipping charges, a $10 door pick-up fee, for each collection attempt, a $20 admin fee and a $20 or 20% restocking fee whichever is greater. If you have not been charged any or all shipping costs in the original instance, they will be charged upon such returns.
If you state the wrong item was issued or that the item was defective and upon return we discover the item was correctly issued or the item is not defective, you will not receive a refund for the goods or the shipping.
2. Must be in original condition
Any item returned must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. untampered with . If there is any evidence that an item has been "used" or if the item is returned broken because it is not packed properly, a credit will not be given. A credit will be issued only after the warehouse has inspected the returned item or items.
3. Timely Return
A credit will not be issued on any item unless we are notified within 48 hours of receipt of the item. A credit will not be issued on any item returned by you and received by us after 14 days from the day of purchase.
