We will work thru all emails in order they are received and will call you so your order can be placed manually.  Please ensure you give us your telephone number.  DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD DETAILS VIA EMAIL!!!

Our office hours are 9-4pm Pacific Time Monday to Thursday.  Emails and orders will be addressed daily. The use of the form below or email is our preferred method of contact.

NB! Please ensure you whitelist us in your email program and with your email server especially if you have internet service providers who block commercial email. The sending of invoices and responses to customer queries via email is classed as commercial mail.

NB!  Customers with Comcast internet provider or email address will not receive emails from us unless you whitelist our domain name and specific email address  suzie@candlelightsolutions.com. We have had some customers who have had to telephone them to make this happen.   They have a policy of not receiving any commercial email.  We send invoices via email and communicate with our customers via email.  This is classed as commercial email by Comcast.  We do not spam!

HOW TO WHITELIST US WITH COMCAST

If you use Comcast e-mail, check to see if you have any of your email restriction settings turned on, as they may be blocking the sender’s e-mail from reaching you. Check this, and then whitelist the sender, by:

  • Signing in to Comcast Webmail, go to http://www.comcast.net/smartzonetour/
  • sign in
  • Select ‘Preferences’ from the menu
  • Select ‘Restrict Incoming Email’ from the ‘Preferences’ list
  • Select ‘Yes’ to Enable Email Controls
  • Select ‘Allow email from addresses listed below’
  • Entering the sender’s e-mail address, and clicking “Add”
